Introduction & Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cu9 ("cu9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cu9 website located at https://cu9.bet and all related services, features, content, and products offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, playing any game, or making a financial transaction on cu9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
cu9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Age Restriction: The cu9 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. cu9 employs KYC verification procedures to enforce this restriction. Underage gambling is illegal and taken extremely seriously.

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.
Identity Verification
KYC documents must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed. cu9 may request verification at any time.
Taka-Denominated Play
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied.
Fair Use Obligation
Players must use the Platform for personal entertainment only. Any form of fraud, collusion, or system exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cu9 is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your negligence.

cu9 provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these features to manage their gaming activity.
Eligibility & Registration
1.1
Age and Legal Capacity
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the cu9 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. cu9 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
1.2
Geographic Eligibility
The cu9 Platform is primarily designed for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cu9 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and cu9 accepts no liability in that regard.
1.3
Registration Accuracy
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the Platform.
1.4
One Account Policy
Each individual may maintain only one active account on cu9. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. cu9 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus balances will be forfeited, and net winnings may be voided at cu9's sole discretion.
Deposits & Withdrawals
cu9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cu9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
2.1
Minimum Transaction Amounts
The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. cu9 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be applied based on account verification status, payment method, and cu9's internal risk assessment.
2.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 6 hours for fully verified accounts using standard Bangladeshi mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer. cu9 does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard mobile wallet transfers, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Withdrawals will only be released to verified accounts; unverified accounts may experience delays or holds.
2.3
AML and Source of Funds
cu9 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. cu9 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be delayed pending investigation. Any attempt to use the Platform to launder funds will result in immediate account closure and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Important: Funds deposited into your cu9 account that remain unused for a period of 12 consecutive months of account inactivity may be subject to a maintenance fee of ৳50 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again.
Bonuses & Promotions
cu9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
3.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real money funds before bonus funds are eligible for conversion to withdrawable cash.
3.2
Bonus Abuse
cu9 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings if cu9 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit a promotion; or any other activity that cu9 considers contrary to the spirit of the offer.
3.3
Promotional Changes
cu9 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively. cu9's decision regarding any promotional dispute is final and binding.
Game Rules & Betting
All games on the cu9 Platform — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game or event as presented within the Platform interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager. cu9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules.
4.1
Bet Acceptance
A bet or wager is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the cu9 system. In the event of a system error, communication failure, or technical malfunction during the placement of a bet, cu9 reserves the right to void the transaction. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player once accepted unless cu9 specifically permits this in the applicable game rules.
4.2
Erroneous Odds or Payouts
In the event that manifestly incorrect odds, payout amounts, or other erroneous information is displayed on the Platform due to a technical error or human mistake, cu9 reserves the right to void any bets placed at such erroneous rates and to correct the error. Winnings paid on the basis of an obvious error may be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
4.3
Sports Betting Settlement
Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the case of abandoned, postponed, or void events, bets will be settled in accordance with cu9's sports betting rules, which are published on the Platform. Bangladesh Tigers cricket matches, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup events are among the most active betting markets on cu9.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cu9 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:
5.1
Prohibited Activities
Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or corruption in relation to any sporting event or casino game.
Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the Platform's software, databases, or server infrastructure.
Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to cu9 immediately.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing cu9 staff or other players via any communication channel.
Warning: cu9 actively monitors Platform activity using fraud detection technology. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed and may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.
Limitation of Liability
The cu9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cu9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. cu9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
6.1
Exclusion of Consequential Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if cu9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.2
Technical Failures
cu9 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, power outages, or any other technical issues beyond cu9's reasonable control that prevent you from accessing or using the Platform. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection — particularly on mobile data in areas such as Rangpur, Barisal, or Mymensingh where connectivity may vary — prior to commencing a gaming session.
6.3
Maximum Liability Cap
In any event, cu9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cu9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cu9 Platform — including but not limited to the cu9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cu9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of cu9.
Account Termination
7.1
Closure by Player
You may close your cu9 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Requests for self-exclusion closures under the responsible gaming framework will be processed with priority.
7.2
Closure by cu9
cu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if: (a) these Terms are breached; (b) the account is used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) KYC verification reveals ineligibility; (d) cu9 is required to do so by a legal obligation or regulatory directive; or (e) cu9 ceases to offer services. In cases of account closure for breach, cu9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real money deposits where permitted by law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to cu9's customer support team for resolution. cu9 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. For unresolved complaints, players may escalate through the dispute resolution process described in cu9's Responsible Gaming policy.
All communications between cu9 and players regarding disputes, account matters, or legal notices shall be conducted in English and directed to [email protected]. cu9's decision on operational matters — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account status, and fraud determinations — is final and binding unless overturned through a formal dispute resolution process.
